How does free shipping work?

A minimum purchase of $35 is required. Shipping is provided via FedEx SmartPost® and FedEx Express Saver®. Average delivery time is 1–5 business days but is not guaranteed in that timeframe. Also allow 1–2 days for processing. Free shipping is eligible only in the continental United States and excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. FedEx service marks used by permission. “Marketplace” orders are not eligible for free or discounted shipping. Digital items are available in your account after order completion and do not count toward free shipping or any other shipping rates.

*Our free shipping offer is contingent upon specific weight and dimensional parameters. At our discretion, if your order exceeds $35 but does not follow these weight and dimensional parameters, it does not qualify for free shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders placed from are shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed from Marketplace sellers are shipped within 1-3 business days.

What shipping methods can I choose from and how long will they take?

All orders require 24-48 hours processing time. All shipping times are estimates only. Transit times vary by carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination.

  • USPS Ground (Standard Shipping Method): 3-14 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days
    Expedited shipping means FedEx Ground, Priority Mail or SmartPost, depending on your location.
  • USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days
  • FedEx Home Delivery (Ground): 1-5 business days
  • FedEx SmartPost: 1-5 business days
  • FedEx 3 Day (Saver): 2-3 business days
  • FedEx 2 Day: 2 business days
  • FedEx Standard Overnight: 1 business day
  • FedEx Priority Overnight: 1 business day (delivery by 10:30 AM)

Please note, marketplace orders do not offer overnight or other FedEx Express services

Can I ship to a PO Box?

If you are shipping to a PO box, you must choose a USPS service (USPS Ground or Priority Mail). FedEx does not deliver to PO boxes.

Please note, not all marketplace sellers are able to ship to PO Boxes. You will be notified if your order cannot be accepted by the seller you are trying to purchase from.

How much is shipping for Marketplace orders and how are charges calculated?

Shipping charges vary depending on the chosen service and whether the order is placed with or with an independent marketplace seller. Customers can calculate the actual shipping charge after placing all items into the shopping cart.

Items purchased from the marketplace are priced per book and vary based on the method you select.

  • Standard Shipping $2.99 per book. 4-14 business days delivery estimate
  • Expedited Shipping $5.49 per book. 3-5 business days delivery estimate

Will all my books come together in one package?

We may fulfill your order at different times from different warehouses, so your order may arrive in different boxes and at different times.

You will receive an email confirmation for each shipment. The email also lists the items that have already shipped and those still to be shipped. We do not charge extra for these split shipments.

What if my shipping address is different from my billing address?

If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, we may contact you to list the alternate address with your credit card company. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card. To list the alternate address with your credit card company, just call the 800 number on the back of your card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on your account. Listing the address before you place an order helps us process your order more quickly.

Will I get an email confirmation?

After you place an order with, we email you with pertinent information about your order's status. For instance, soon after you place an order, we send an email confirming we have received it. We send a second confirmation email when your order has shipped. We send more than one shipment confirmation email if we fulfill the order in multiple shipments. We might also send other emails about your order's status, if necessary. Please save these emails for your records.
