The 10 full papers included in the volume together with a keynote paper and 3 work-in-progress papers  were carefully reviewed and selected from 37 submissions.  The papers discuss advances in theoretical, technical, and practical issues in the field of wireless and Internet technologies suited for the dissemination, usage, and processing of geo-referenced data. They cover topics such as Web technologies and techniques, paths and navigation, Web visualization, and novel applications.
