I paid $500 to have my balls cut off.
Not by a doctor, mind you, well, maybe he used to be a doctor or was about to be a doctor, but right now he has a basement in Brooklyn where you go once for an examine, $500 upfront, and then another $500 two days later, before the operation, and he gives you some pills to keep infections away. Then he does it in like half an hour.
