Over many years of writing I have discovered that most books on creative writing assume the novice writer knows the basics, however, this book is about the basics and how to take an idea and develop it through a series of processes and finish up with a good finished product that can be sent to a Literary Agency or Publisher. Writing is a personal art and a lonely one, if a new writer can understand the basics, then they will progress faster to the more advanced areas of writing. I have been teaching creative writing for many years and still do so, be it one to one or through my local writing courses.
