Paxton, there was at first some uncertainty whether the mayor, andc. of Lyons were the proper persons to receive the money: but, when that doubt was removed, the Lord Chancellor made the order. Here the difficulty, which existed there, does not arise: for if the fund is to be parted with, it is clear that the petitioners are the persons entitled to have possession of it. Upon the authorities which have been cited, the order may be made for the transfer of the stock to the society, and for the payment of the dividends, if there are any now in Court, to the treasurer.
