When three sixth-graders break into the town library to read aloud from a book of sorcery, little do they know they are about to raise the dead. But the ghosts that Ming, Orion, and Courtney conjure up aren't just any ghosts. These spirits were captured from their island home--Ilhas does Fantasmas--by a scientist and secretly transported back to America. Now trapped within the pages of some library books, the ghosts must rely on the three children and their determined librarian to set them free.
