The King sends the children of his land to find out what is on The Other Side. Some reach it quickly, some take years to arrive. When they have explored it all, they return and say that everything is the same as here, only backwards. They take him there, but because it's all backwards, when they arrive he is carrying them, which he doesn't like one bit. He wants to go back, but instead they end up on the other side of The Other Side. And so it continues to the end of time.
