For Andrew DeGregorio, that knock was particularly loud, as it came in the form of a surfboard to the back of the head.

This trying, near-death experience became a catalyst for him to look within and begin to see his life through a new lens. This guidance offered "breadcrumbs from the universe" which consistently led to expansive experiences and a deepening sense of well-being. It lovingly guided him through an ongoing integration process of mind, body, and soul, naturally unfolding through the intelligent wisdom of the universe.

He found that as his inner world shifted, his whole life rapidly transformed for the better. Relationships, finances, physical health effortlessly came into balance. Contrast to the work hard, no pain no gain ethic he'd lived by his whole life, life began to flow through him with a sense of ease as his capacity to lovingly step out of his own way grew.
