Some time ago, while perusing the Edinburgh New Philosophical Journal for 1834, I met with an article of Mr John Davy, M. D., F. R. S., from Malta, entitled kt Some Observations on a note of Mr A. Van Beek, purporting to point out an error in the Bakerian Lecture of the late Sir Humphrey Davy, ' On the Relation of Electrical and Chemical Changes.'
