Overview
A young journalist rents a room in the suburbs, where his landlady's 14-year-old daughter develops a schoolgirl crush on him. But the crush soon turns into a violent obsession, and when the journalist doesn't succumb to this Lolita's romantic advances, the girl attempts to ruin his life. Alan Shapiro won his first feature film directing spot for this 1993 screenplay. The film also marked Alicia Silversone's debut.
