While digging a trench to contain a fire, a bulldozer operator unwittingly uncovers a long-buried skull. He perishes in the fire, and the skull once belonging to an Indian Shaman unleashes its deadly curse on anyone who comes into contact with it.

Tom Archer, collector and co-founder of a large excavation company, obtains the relic already responsible for the horrific deaths of many innocent people and is suddenly confronted with the futility of battling an ancient evil-power that is not bound by the rules of our dimension.
