Overview

The Bicycle Man fixes up old bikes in Mrs. Pirelli's garage and lends them out to the neighborhood kids for free. There are just two rules: Have it back by four and If it breaks while you have it, you fix it. Lawrence and Brady think the rules are easy to keep, but for the new kid who calls himself Abraham Lincoln, it's a different story. Based on the story of a real Bicycle Man. Full color throughout.
