Overview
The aim of 16-19 Mathematics has been to produce a course which, while challenging, is accessible and enjoyable to all students. The course develops ability and confidence in mathematicss and its applications, together with an appreciation of how mathematical ideas help in the understanding of the world and society in which we live. This publication has been designed in conjunction with the writing team for 16-19 Mathematics. The six programs in this pack are designed for use with the tasksheets specified in Living with uncertainty, and serve to illustrate and provide exploration work on the topics covered. This version is functionally the same as the versions for other machines, but is coded to run on IBM machines.
