Is three stories, two slightly intertwined.

The first is about a boy could not sleep for many years. As a young man he discovers to his surprise that he can leave his body. He can use this ability for good or for evil. What does he decide to do?

The second is the story of Willy Blickwinkel. He has a point of view about everything. His friend is an erstwhile test pilot. It is an unusual friendship. It begins in mutual respect and harmony and ends in violence and revenge.

Quite by chance fate brings two characters from these tales together for a fleeting moment.

The third story is about Jack Cade and The Vincents and an aging actress who plays the part of a murderess.
