S&S Gang was one of my first books that took me out of my comfort zone and placed me smack dab in the middle of crime scenes. I wasn't sure what I was going to do with it all but I finally figured it out. I had Stricland from the very start. I've met several people that didn't talk much and were very good at what they did. Usually the only thing that thing that stirred them from their appointed tasks was a beautiful woman. In slides Scanlon. As you'll see from all my books I've got a thing for the younger chicks that are around forty something.Of course she's tall, beautiful and legs that would make any top model jealous. Besides all of that she's got one more point in her favor: Money.She's the ultimate woman since she's worked in vice for years so she can play the illicit or Venus or both at the same time. What man can turn that down? Obviously Stricland can because of his one appointed task: motive for murder. It's only when Scanlon is as quiet as Stricland that Stricland's brain gets warped a little.In other words I loved writing this one because of the eccentricities that flowed through the words. Sometimes it's hard to come up with characters that move the reader. There are a bunch in this one.This one is another page turner from the very beginning. Bob
