The fifth edition of the Q&A: Secured Transactions study guide offers more than 320 multiple-choice and short-answer questions to test your knowledge of material covered in most Secured Transactions (UCC Article 9) courses. The authors have included several new questions prompted by the 2022 amendments to the UCC, including, particularly, the addition of new Article 12 (which addresses digital assets, such as non-fungible tokens and virtual currencies, that may fall within a new defined term: "controllable electronic records").

Each multiple-choice question is accompanied by a detailed answer that indicates which of four options is the best answer and explains why that option is better than the other three options. Each short-answer question (designed to be answered in no more than fifteen minutes) is followed by a thoughtful, yet brief, model answer.
