This is a story about me (Sam) and my favorite companion and snuggle buddy (Bob - The Female Cat). Bob has been there for me through the good times and the bad. Good or bad, she is always purring and rubbing her face into mine. Animals can be very reliable for their love. Life should always be appreciated. Sometimes I＊ve found myself ready to give up, and have said things like ※I don＊t think I can§ or ※I don＊t think it＊s worth it.§ I didn＊t always know what support is available because I didn＊t reach out and ask. When I understood my feelings and became aware of how they affected others, I was able to offer something special.

ਇਹ ਕਹਾਣੀ ਮੇਰੇ (ਸੈਮ)ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਮਨਪਸੰਦ ਸਾਥੀ (ਇੱਕ ਬਿੱਲੀ ਜਿਸਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਬੌਬ ਹੈ) ਬਾਰੇ ਹੈ । ਬੌਬ ਮੇਰੇ ਲਈ ਚੰਗੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਅਤੇ ਮਾੜੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਲਈ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਮੇਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ\ ਸਾਫ਼ ਕਰਦੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਚਿਹਰੇ ਨੂੰ ਮੇਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਰਗੜਦੀ ਹੈ। ਜਾਨਵਰ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਿਆਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਭਰੋਸੇਮੰਦ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ । \ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਦੀ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਕਦਰ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਕਈ ਵਾਰ ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਹਾਰ ਮੰਨਣ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਪਾਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਅਜਿਹੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕਹੀਆਂ ਜਿਵੇਂ ※ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਕਰ ਸਕਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਜਾਂ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਯੋਗ ਹਾਂ ।" ਮੈਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਣਦਾ ਕਿ ਕੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਉਪਲਬਧ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਇਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਪੁੱਛਿਆ। ਜਦੋਂ ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਭਾਵਨਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਝਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਜਾਣਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੂਸਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ । ਮੈਂ ਕੁਝ ਖਾਸ ਪੇਸ਼ਕਸ਼ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਯੋਗ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ।
