The purpose of the book is to extract the managerial capabilities of the prophet (pbuh) as they are understood today. The book is linked with one of my research papers published in 2009 on the subject where the model of Koontz and Weihrich was applied to the Hijrah expedition of the prophet (pbuh). It consists of eight steps starting from identification of opportunities to budgeting of a plan. The book is an extension of the article to include more aspects of the life of the prophet (pbuh) so that readers can understand the universality of his endeavours and teachings. It informs readers the way he had applied innovative solutions of complex problems in competing circumstances. The prophet (pbuh) taught everyone the strategy to define viable objectives and the road map to achieve them. One can examine his illustrious achievements through this work; only some of them are described in the book.
