Overview
Fourteen-year-old Jenny Gibbs is a strong and confident young lady who is blessed with a special gift that allows her to all but speak directly to animals. Jenny lives in turn-of-the-century Wyoming with her father on a small ranch. At this time the West is changing, and Jenny is forced to adapt to and understand new people and situations that, before now, she only heard about through newspapers and books.
