The proceedings of the 14th Italian Workshop on Neural Nets WIRN VIETRI 2003 are collected in this volume. The workshop, held in Vietri sul Mare (SA) June 4 7, 2003 was jointly organized by the International Institute for Advanced Scienti?c Studies Eduardo R.
