Throughout 2010, twenty-one photographers have been invited to share--through their cameras--Muccassassina's nights that take place in Rome each Friday. They show drag-queens dressing up backstage, portraits of dancers and go-go boys, and last but not least an amazing overview of the crowd while they enjoy themselves, drink, and dance . . .

Furthermore, a section inside the book is entirely devoted to unfolding Muccassassina's history through images as well as texts, which allows the reader to fully comprehend the most crucial social and cultural changes that have occurred in Italy over the last twenty years.
