Overview
To help students master the text material, study guide chapters begin with a pre-test. The purpose of the pre-test is to show students areas where they need the most review. An annotated outline of chapter content follows the pre-test. True/false, multiple choice, short answer, and applications are the bulk of each study guide chapter. Each chapter also includes a set of agree/disagree questions which present management situations without cut-and-dry answers. Students then choose whether they agree or disagree, and the solutions give reasons for each. New to this edition are management scenarios, which require students to analyze a situation and respond to a variety of questions about it.
