Overview
Catherine Coulter reintroduces some of her most memorable characters - Douglas and Ryder Sherbrooke, and Sinjun and her husband Colin Kinross. Mad Jack is in reality Winifrede Levering Bascombe, who, hiding her identity, arrives in London with Aunts Mathilda and Maude to beg the assistance of Lord Cliffe, Grayson St. Cyre. Soon after welcoming the aunts, Gray catches the valet, Jack, stealing his horse. When he chases Jack, all sorts of interesting things happen, including the arrival of Sinjun with her frantic husband Colin on her trail.
