Craig Houston, Fairbrook's new pastor, is plagued by doubts about his calling. But from his first day in town, he encounters folks who need guidance, even if they'd never admit it. There's Kristi's best friend, Shana, striving to be the perfect daughter; Renee, a lonely and homeless pregnant teen; and Kristi herself, a vibrant woman unaware of how much she has to offer. One by one, Fairbrook residents will learn that the future can offer redemption in unexpected ways.
