This Teacher Guide provides answers and/or commentary to all of the

questions and exercises that appear in the textbook. It also includes

additional exercises for each chapter and practice questions for the

examination.

The material is addressed to the student, and is designed to be

photocopied and distributed after students have had the opportunity to

work through the exercises and questions in the textbook themselves.

Where appropriate, an explanation of the answer is provided as well.
