Digital badges are online credentials that learners can post on platforms such as email and social media networks to show skills they've learned and demonstrated through the completion of badge criteria.

Learners earn this Basic Professionalism badge by demonstrating basic competency in five key areas of professionalism: customer service, self-management skills, teamwork, workplace communication, and workplace etiquette. Completion of the badge shows that learners have the knowledge and skills to build relationships with customers, maintain work-life balance, prioritize tasks, use effective verbal and written communication, and behave properly in different workplace environments.

Once learners complete the work to earn the badge, they're guided to accept and share it, to give visibility to the achievement online in a way that's verifiable. Learn more
