This guide is organized in a user-friendly manner that any person completing agraduate level research project will find helpful. It is organized in three parts:Part one follows the commonly used, five chapter thesis/dissertation format and explains specific components to be included in each chapter and elaborates the technical aspects of each chapter. Part two provides essential technical skills for designing data collection Instruments with sample data collection tools (questionnaire, interview protocol, and observation instruments). Part three presents common research terminologies and concepts helpful to any novice researcher. At the end, the appendices section provides some useful resource including statistical decision tree for quantitative research and the process of coding and theme development for qualitative data analysis.
